Mantle is regarded by many to be the greatest switch hitter of all time and one of the greatest players in baseball history. In his storied 18 year career with the New York Yankees, he was a 7 time World Series champion, a 16 time American League All-Star and 3 time MVP winner including the Triple Crown in 1956.
